Meet Enda

Hey, y'all! I'm Enda Jones, a small-town Midwest girl at heart, with a big heart and even bigger dreams. I'm also an author, speaker, organizational leader, and founder of Courage to Go™.

While life has taken me into leadership roles, onto stages, and through experiences I never could have anticipated, I've never forgotten the people, values, and lessons that helped shape who I am.

For more than 14 years, I've served in leadership roles across education, nonprofit organizations, ministry, and public service. I've led teams, managed programs, made difficult decisions, and learned that leadership isn't simply about having authority. It's about how you handle the responsibility that comes with it.

My faith is central to who I am, and it shapes how I approach both life and leadership. Through my writing, speaking, and Courage to Go™, I draw on professional experience, personal perspective, and practical wisdom to help women and leaders navigate the moments that require courage.

THE STORY

The Story Behind Courage to Go™

Courage to Go™ didn't begin as a business idea. Courage had already become part of my story.

Long before there was a podcast, website, or community, I was learning to trust God through disappointment, uncertainty, difficult decisions, and unexpected turns in life.

Writing Taking Courage: My Journey to Freedom gave me the opportunity to tell part of that story. But I eventually realized that courage wasn't only about what I had overcome. It was also about how I would continue to live.

Courage was showing up in everyday responsibilities, relationships, leadership decisions, and moments when I needed wisdom more than another opinion.

That understanding became the foundation of Courage to Go™—a place for Biblical encouragement, practical wisdom, and honest conversations about faith, courage, and real life.

Because sometimes the courageous response is to move forward. Sometimes it's to speak up, establish a boundary, wait, or trust God with what you cannot yet see.

Life Behind the Work

Away from the writing, speaking, and responsibilities of work, I'm a wife to Timothy, a mom, and Noni to Mulan. Together, we're navigating the joys, adjustments, and everyday moments of life as a blended family.

I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, discovering new places, and finding opportunities to be creative. I've learned to appreciate the simple moments just as much as the big ones—because there's a whole lot of life happening beyond the work.
